How It Works
How It Works
We will run a standard review of the property including title search, tax and lein search, and environmental violations search to determine if the charity can accept your donation. We will send the closing documents for you to sign. We will take care of the deed transfer and recording, notifying all neccessary state and manicipality authorities to complete the transfer. We will take over all taxes and insurance responsibilities then will send you a tax deductible receipt.
